A very good hotel in an excellent location

location is superb and the Hotel is very clean. Staff were excellent and it is value for money as a 3 star hotel

the soundproofing in the rooms is very poor as you can hear everything and some customers coming back late evenening or early morning have no consideration for noise.

Great location, nice room, great pool area and rooftop bar

Noisy from 8am maids cleaning rooms and dragging beds, if your an early bird your ok but not if you like to sleep in ???? doors slamming alot which can be heard due to the way the rooms are on a spiral but i wouldnt let this put you off staying here

How close to the beach.right across the road..nice big room.roof pool.modern..new towels every day

Shower wasn't cleaned.id dropped conditioner sachet the 2 Nd day and wasn't taken away or top of raszor.no changing facilities on the last day .if Ur not comfortable with the person seeing you use the bathroom..then this is not for you

Great location & rooftop but Room is a No

Great location, friendly staff and the Skybar is definitely a plus.

The room however is the bad point in my opinion (I booked a basic one, which may be the reason it was not great?) Even though the room has a nice balcony (with partial sea view - worth mentioning), the room was way too small, AC was not working properly (difficulties to fall asleep due to the heat), bad smell in the bathroom (due to humidity problems), very noisy as you can here everything from other rooms and corridor and overall state of the room needs a little touch up.

Great location, have stayed here a few times and will be back soon. Across the road from the beach and just around the corner from fish alley with plenty of bars and restaurants. Hotel was lovely and clean.

Room, Small, not impressed with bathroom been open plan to room, Only had a side view of sea front when i booked sea view, there is a difference. Was in Room 303, People in Room 304 always slammed the door shut at all times of the day. Breakfast, N/A

Good for a cheap night but needs to improve a lot

Breakfast is very good for 11 Euro each, the view out of our balcony was amazing.

Air conditioning was noisy, the room smelled, the bathroom door doesn't shut properly and the lifts don't work! No tea making facilities either.

This is a lovely hotel on the face of it, location amazing and hotel is very well maintained and clean just not a very r

Location absolutely amazing, off the plane onto the train to Fuengirola literally straight down to the beach turn right and your there. No need for transfers and costs so much less , 6.40 euros single per couple

Walls are paper thin, had to call reception at 12.30 am because our neighbor was so loud almost had the feeling he lived there rather than on holiday. The floors were not whole so if you shouted something on the first floor you could hear it on the top floor. Was visiting my nephew who met us there who asked to use the restroom and was told he couldn’t because he wasn’t a guest was finally allowed after he pointed out four of us were. They finally allowed him too but once he went up the stairs the reception staff were basically slagging him off behind reception not realising that his partner understood everything they were saying. I understand you can’t just use facilities as it incurs cost, but there were four of us using the hotel.

Good location but not luxurious

Great location, carpark in the port opposite, easy to find. Comfortable beds.

The "bathroom" was not much more than a cupboard, very cramped and no proper door to the toilet.

Gr8 location, staff are helpful, beds very comfortable, nice view from balcony. Like the 24 hour check in as well.

You have to hire a kettle with coffee/ T tray for 5 eros a day which they brought to your room daily but not while almost lunch time, I prefer my coffee as I wake. We paid for the week so lord knows why we couldn't just of had a weeks worth all at once. The maids are abit intrusive if you forget to pop up the sign, one day we got a knock at 9.30am and they came straight in, quite embarrassing.as my partner wasn't dressed. The first two days the key cards kept messing up so had to had them changed a few times slightly annoying as we were on the tenth floor and the phone never worked to address the situation with reception. So baisically comfortable place but needs closer attention to detail.

The location is unbeatable and sea views from the balcony superb. Rooftop bar and pool also great.

Rooms are small, especially the shower/ toilet area. Glazed panel and door to the toilet, albeit partially frosted glass, offers little privacy. The buildings have a full height circular atrium, with room doors off a circular open walkway at each floor level. It looks really good (apart from the dated doors), but the problem is you can hear all the other guests coming and going at all hours, talking, shouting, banging doors. We needed to sleep well before an early flight, but we were constantly woken up until 3:00 am. It's partly a fault of the layout and partly other guests' lack of consideration.

Great location, not high comfort

Great location (on the beach and in the heart of the town) and beautiful view over the bay. When I had a complaint about the broken shower head and stained towels, they immediately replaced it, the lady at the reception was very kind.

The rooms are a quite old and so even though they clean daily, it looks a bit dirty. The bed was ok but not great, the airco blew dust bunnies, the bathroom state was disappointing because of rust, much lime scale and chipped of paint
